Yes. We stand behind our work with a formal craftsmanship warranty, ensuring the quality of our installations. Our 3-year craftsmanship warranty is a testament to our confidence in our work and reflects how we have built our strong reputation and word-of-mouth referrals. After every project is completed, we conduct a final walk-through with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.
Please note that our 3-year warranty does not cover woodwork installations, including but not limited to:
- Wooden fences and fence posts
- Decks and deck structures
- Pergolas and wooden arbors
Wood is a natural material that responds to seasonal changes in temperature and moisture. As a result, wooden structures may experience natural warping, expansion, and contraction over time. While we use quality materials and proper installation techniques, these natural characteristics of wood make it unsuitable for inclusion in our standard warranty coverage.

We build patios to last by strictly following manufacturer standards. After taking precise grade measurements using advanced leveling equipment, we excavate to the optimal depth required for a stable foundation. We then install a robust base layer of crushed aggregate, thoroughly leveled and compacted with commercial-grade equipment. We finish the preparation with a smooth bedding layer of limestone fines before carefully laying the pavers with precise alignment and proper spacing.

Property Maintenance & Lawn Care
Our professional cut and trim services include:
- Mowing at a height of 2.5–3 inches, depending on yard conditions.
- Professional trimming around all edges, garden beds, and corners.
- Mulching of all clippings (or bagging if preferred; we recommend mulching as it breaks down to feed the lawn and provides protection from the heat of the sun).
- Full blow off of all hard surfaces, walkways, and patios.
- Removal of any garbage that has blown into the yard.
- Initial edge cutting along sidewalks and walkways where grass is growing over.
- Spring Cleanup: Includes core aeration to reduce compaction, power raking to remove thatch, thorough debris cleanup, fertilization, seeding, and a final cut and trim to prepare your landscape for the summer.
- Fall Cleanup: Focuses on pre-winter preparations, including thorough leaf and debris removal, core lawn aeration to improve soil health, power raking, fertilization to boost root health, overseeding, and a final professional cut and trim.

Yes. Our weed control and fertilization programs deliver golf-course-quality treatments for residential properties, targeting invasive plants at the root and preventing regrowth. For the winter months, we offer seasonal snow management for residential and commercial properties, including snow plowing, shoveling, and ice management to keep properties safe and accessible.
Pricing, Billing & Policies
Our regular lawn mowing packages start at a base rate of $49. If a lawn is consistently overgrown, it becomes highly time-consuming for our crews and machinery. We bill overgrowth mowing at $62 per man-hour. For excess debris bags collected after your municipal green bin is completely filled, we charge a $3 per bag fee.
No, you are not locked into a permanent contract. You are free to end your lawn maintenance service agreement or change your schedule from weekly to biweekly at any time, provided that you give our office 10 days’ notice via email. We bill all routine maintenance clients at the end of each month. You will receive an invoice via email linked directly to your secure client portal. We accept e-transfers, cash, credit cards, and checks, and we can easily set up automated billing upon request.
